Bad Hombres - ‘Tequila Thursday’ Relaunch with Altos Tequila

“Bad Hombres Good Food” is their motto. They are a Mexican inspired plant-based restaurant with a twist. Located in the heart of Surry Hills. Featuring a fully vegan and gluten-free menu designed to share, with a strong focus on Natural wines and Tequila/ Mezcal based cocktails. Their casual and cosy décor, as well as their 80’s inspired playlist, creates just the perfect party vibe, excellent for groups, but intimate enough for couples too.


The Brief

Bad Hombres reached out to Tropicool to come up with a marketing strategy and targeted publicity for the relaunch of their Tequila Thurdays in partnership with Altos Tequila and their new full vegan Spring Menu.

 Alongside Bad Hombres new Spring menu launch, which features healthy, fresh, new menu items such as Baja Jackfruit Tacos, their beloved Tequila Thursdays relaunched from the beginning of October, announcing a new unbeatable margarita deal.

Every day for the month of October, Altos Tequila x Bad Hombres FROZEN Margaritas, made with Altos Blanco, was available for guests to enjoy for $10 only. The promotion also contained a signature ALTOS based cocktail on special each week.

This promotion proved to be extremely popular garnering a wide coverage from press and received well by all guests with it now being extended to the end of November.
